Lawyer and politician Patrick Henry was elected to the Virginia House of Burgess in 1765. It was that year that he proposed his Stamp Act Resolutions which some have called the “first shot fired” in the Revolutionary War.

Amidst your activities in this ever-changing world, allow yourself time for respite and reflection in our Patrick Henry Room. Surrounded by beautifully adorned windows on three sides, this, our largest room, is perfect for anniversaries or honeymoons. A king size, four poster bed, a dormer window with a window seat and a large bath add to the luxury and romance.
